1st Annual Murray BMW of Denver Classic BMW Car Show
& BBQ a huge success!
On Saturday June 20th, 2009, we had a strong
turnout for our 1st annual, Classic BMW car show and BBQ! With a total of 17
vehicles on display ranging from a 1940 335 shown by Bill Young to a totally
custom 1993 3-Series with suicide doors and hood shown by Stephan Snyder, we
covered the whole spectrum of the BMW Lifestyle.
A special thanks to the
members of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America for their
enthusiasm and participation. It was great to see the variety of vehicles and
personalities that you guys represent.
A real popular showing was
actually for the food, not his Chevy Astro van. Thanks to Chef Michael Watren of
Toque Blanche catering. Everything he served got rave reviews!
We had a
ton of interest in the voting for cars on display and the people have spoken.
