Living in Highlands Ranch, it would be much more convenient for me to have my vehicle serviced at Mercedes Benz of Littleton .. HOWEVER, I have come to appreciate the pride that all of the employees that I interact with at Murray Motors continually demonstrate. In particular a manager named Barbara helped us in recent past w/a spontaneous sunroof explosion. She went above and beyond to replace glass and minimized the cost. We were about to travel in our X5 for a summer road trip and she made calls and moved mtns to keep us on schedule. We really appreciated that! She kept us up to date by phone, did not make false promises and the outcome was a reassuring place that told us we will continue to be BMW owners. We had some questions about engineering and safety and she listened and answered our concerns.

About a month or two ago, I visited with Garry to say hello and alert him of my new position, and then went to meet with Lloyd Giffen to look at BMW's. As I was nearing the end of my lease, I nearly purchased a BMW but decided to look at the options of other cars. Lloyd has always been truthful and helpful, so naturally he was my first stop. Over the past few weeks I looked at some cars, and reached out to Bob Giese for some advice. Bob and Garry directed me to talk to Nick Tata in the Mercedes Benz department. Over the past few weeks, Nick continued to follow up with me in a manner that someone also in sales appreciated. Today, after nearly buying an Audi yesterday, I decided to meet with Nick as I always dreamed of owning a Mercedes Benz, but never driving one. This is our first BMW and we are thrilled with the vehicle. It is of course a first class car. Your company and the service we've received thus far have been first class. As you know, an agency selling first class vehicles does not necessarily guarantee that the agency is first class. Murray Motors has been totally first class. Our salesperson, Jeremey Scott, has been most attentive and helped us greatly in our purchase. He did not disappear after the sale, but checked on us to make sure all was well. Hello, I had a flat tire on Wednesday in my 07 X3, I contacted BMW Assist and one of the tech from Murray came to put my spare tire on. I did not buy my X3 from Murray, and I did receive TERRIBLE service with the dealer that I did buy from. The gentleman that came to help me on Wednesday was wonderful, (I wish I remembered his name...Brad or Brian maybe) he was quick and very helpful. He wrote down the exact tire that I have since it needed to be replaced. Explained to me that Murray probably didn't have the tire in stock but could order it and have it in a couple of days. I feel that good feedback is always nice to hear, and I wanted to express my many thanks to the man that came and helped me out, and to the dealership that employees him. From this day forward I will be bringing my X3 to Murray instead of the competitors for all of my servicing needs.
