What is BMW Certified Pre-Owned?

Certified Pre-Owned BMW Vehicles are pre-owned vehicles with less than 60,000 miles and have been thoroughly inspected by a BMW Trained Technician, and are backed by a CARFAX report. If something is not right, it is fixed. If it cannot be fixed, the car cannot become a Certified Pre-Owned BMW.

They are covered by the Certified Pre-Owned BMW Limited Warranty for up to 2 years or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of the expiration of the 4-year/50,000 mile (whichever comes first) BMW New Vehicle Limited Warranty. They are also covered by Certified Pre-Owned BMW Roadside Assistance for 2 years with unlimited miles*. So what that means for your BMW is it is covered for a total of 6 years or 100,000miles warranty coverage** (whichever comes first) and 6 years or unlimited miles BMW Roadside Assistance (whichever comes first) after its original in-service date. This warranty is backed by a nationwide network of BMW Centers.

The CPO BMW Limited Warranty covers a wide range of vehicle components, including the engine, powertrain, electrical system, climate control and more. It is administered by BMW of North America LLC, which ensures that covered repairs will be performed by BMW Trained Technicians using only original BMW parts.
